Keflavík Airport → Reykjavík
Flybus runs in connection with every arriving flight at Keflavík Airport, with direct transfers to Reykjavík city center. Buses usually depart 35–45 minutes after landing, and tickets are flexible, so you can take the next available bus when you arrive.

Flybus+ (Hotel Transfer)
If you’ve added hotel pick-up and drop-off, you’ll change buses at BSÍ Bus Terminal. Minibuses then take you to the nearest stop to your hotel. This service takes about 30 minutes and has a small extra fee.

Reykjavík → Keflavík Airport
Departures leave from BSÍ Bus Terminal in Reykjavík according to the schedule.

Additional stops
Garðabær – Aktu Taktu Gas Station (Bus Stop Ásgarður C): about 5–10 minutes after BSÍ
Hafnarfjörður – Fjörukráin Hotel Viking: about 10–15 minutes after BSÍ

Important: Please be ready and visible at the stop. If no passengers are waiting, the bus will not stop.

Pick-up starts about 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Please be outside and ready. The bus may arrive within a 20–30 minute window before departure.
Your scheduled departure time is when the bus leaves BSÍ Bus Terminal for the airport.

Flybus departs from right outside the terminal building at the airport.

We recommend taking Flybus 3–4 hours before your flight departure, in line with airport recommendations.

Landing close to midnight (for example 23:50)? You can book your ticket for either the day you land or the next day. Tickets remain valid even if you take the bus after midnight.

Baggage allowed:
2 bags per person, up to 23 kg (50 lbs) each.
Stored in the bus luggage compartment.

Special Equipment allowed:
Bicycles / large sports equipment (e.g. kayaks): 3,800 ISK per item (subject to space)
Preferably packed in boxes. If unpackaged, pedals must be removed and the chain covered.
Extra items (e.g. skis, golf bags): 1,500 ISK per item, subject to available space.
