Rachel
Marketing specialist
Our voice to the outside world. Straight out of British Columbia, she’s the mind behind every message, post, and campaign. While the rest of us are out in the wild, she makes sure the world actually hears about it. Marketing might sound tame, but Rachel turns it into a weapon.

Tom
Logistics manager
The quartermaster of chaos. He’s the guy making sure food magically appears in mountain huts, that every crampon has its pair, and that no one ends up halfway up a glacier missing a stove. Without him, expeditions would collapse. With him, they run like a military operation.

Jóhann Kári
Driver guide
The guide who drives, hikes, and never complains when the trail gets brutal. Fresh legs, sharp mind, already proving he belongs out there in the mud, wind, and snow. Don’t let the “new guy” title fool you—he can outwalk most.

Jón Gísli
Driver guide
Part troll, part grizzly bear, all guide. He’s the kind of guy who looks at a washed-out road and simply makes a new one. Behind the wheel or on the trail, he’s unstoppable. You don’t follow Jón Gísli—you try to keep up.
