Any photos or videos taken by one of our clients will not be used for marketing purposes without the client’s prior knowledge and permission.
We take great care to handle and collect your personal information responsibly, but it’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for other travelers on your day tour or multi-day tour who may take your photo without your permission.
Please note that there may be instances when a professional photographer / videographer / journalist is scheduled to join your day tour or multi-day tour to capture pictures and videos for promotional purposes.
By participating in any of our day tours or multi-day tours, the client acknowledges and consents that photographs, images or videos may be taken of you by other participants, Amarok Adventures ehf, or its representatives. The client agrees to grant the Amarok Adventures ehf, its contractors, sub-contractors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs or videos taken by the company or its guides for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing and promotional activities. This license covers any medium currently known or developed in the future, without any obligation or compensation payable to the client.
