Your journey begins in the South Coast with a thrilling Superjeep ride, a specially equipped 4×4 vehicle designed to conquer the challenging terrain. As you traverse rugged trails and cross glacial rivers, you’ll feel the exhilaration of off-road exploration, immersing yourself in the untamed beauty of Iceland’s interior.

EXPLORATION
After arriving at the base of Mælifell, a magnificent cone-shaped volcano rising from a stark black sand plain, you’ll admire the vast & empty landscape around you, a black-sand desert called Mælifellssandur. The trail winds through diverse landscapes, revealing moss-covered lava fields, glistening glaciers, and sweeping panoramas that stretch as far as the eye can see. If weather allows, we will take a hike towards one of the many stunning hidden gems from this area.
