• The traveler must make a payment of, 100% of the total day tour cost through our website booking system or through a partner’s booking system.

CANCELLATION & CHANGE FEES.
Amarok Adventures ehf reserves the right to keep the below fee to cover costs in all of our group or private day tours. If clients formally cancel their participation:

• If canceled within 48 hours of booking: 100% of the total tour price is refundable (including the deposit).
• If cancelled before confirmation of the group: 100% of the total tour price is refundable (including the deposit).
• If cancelled 72 hours or more prior to the departure date: 100% of the total tour price is refundable.
• If cancelled 25 to 72 hours to the departure date: 50% of the total tour price is refundable.
• If cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the departure date: 0% of the total tour price is refundable.

Day tours can be changed free of charge up to 3 days before departure date if there is availability on a different date.

If Amarok Adventures ehf cancels a day tour or a multi-day tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that make the whole tour unsafe, the client will be refunded in full.

In the unlikely situation that we cannot offer you a spot on our confirmed daytour groups, we commit to offer you a wide range of alternative options either on other days or with our most reliable partners.

Do I need to bring my own food & beverages?

What happens if the tour gets canceled due to weather conditions?

Our first priority in any cancellation scenario is to try to reschedule your tour or provide a suitable alternative option. In the event that Amarok Adventures ehf is unable to do so, or in the event that the client cannot reschedule the tour that has been canceled, the client will receive a full refund.

To ensure that we can promptly communicate and potentially reschedule your tour, or in the worst case scenario cancel, please provide Amarok Adventures ehf with your up-to-date phone and/or email contact information.
